Absolutely horrible!!! The delivery truck pulled in, which made getting in and out of the parking lot difficult (not just for myself, but others that were coming in after me). The service was absolutely horrible!!! Every single person working there that day were in the drive-thru section and it took me over 10 mins just to get served/even acknowledged (despite me being the only person in the actual restaurant). There was one girl making a sandwich (that she had to do over because she broke it open--- the wrapper and the sandwich. Both times, I have never seen anyone move so slow/take that long to make.and wrap up a sandwich). There was another girl in the window with a head set on (who ended up hanging out the window to "have a chat" with another employee and customer, who were "hanging out/having a chat", outside in the drive-thru, while waiting on the sandwich to be finished), and then there was another girl standing outside, beside the vehicle that was in the drive-thu, "having a chat" with a customer (someone she obviously knew)... ... As I was on my lunch break from work. I had to verbally call out across the counter and say "Is this going to take much longer???", to which I was met with a reply of "I will be there in 1 minute". It was not 1 minute and it ultimately ended up being the girl having a chat in the drive-thru window (the one INSIDE the restaurant) that finally decided to come serve me ... as If she couldn't have done so 10 minutes earlier and allowed the girl who made the sandwich hand it out the window. 🙄😒 It's really sad to see something as simple as time management and prioritizing tasks-- seem to be so difficult in places such as these (Tim Hortons, McDonald's, KFC, essentially any and all "fast food"...
Read moreWe placed an online order 20 minutes in advance so that we could pick it up when we stopped at the Shell next door for gas. It took over five minutes for a worker to come out from the back and acknowledge our presence. Despite our online order, the workers seemed confused when we said that we were picking up a mobile order even though they knew what our order was. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there, yet they did not start preparing our food until we arrived and they took forever doing so. We were on a time crunch which is why we ordered online in advance and this stop added nearly half an hour to our drive. Had I known it would take this long, I never would have stopped here. We fell well behind schedule as a result of our stop. The food was fine, your average Tim Hortons chicken wrap but certainly was not worth...
Read moreThere is a very annoying shrill beep every few minutes. Is there a dying battery somewhere??? It's hit or miss here. 2 weeks ago the soup was excellent. Chock full of chicken and hot. Today it's tepid. 2 pieces of chicken. No noodles! I went back and asked for noodles and the girl fished around the bottom of the pot to find me a few undercooked noodles.
