Le Feu De Bois is a restaurant that we had been wanting to try for several months before we found out that their original location burned down. It took some time for us to realize that the new pizza place that opened a block up from the original shop was one and the same, though the new one is smaller and unfortunately easy to miss.
We came in late one night just as they were closing up but the couple that owns the restaurant insisted to seat us and stay open later for our sake. The menu was well-stocked and as a first-time customer the choices were all too appetizing. We ordered 2 large pizzas which were both much too big for us to finish and we got some take-out at the end of the night. The thin crush was delicious and the service was amazing. The cost is above average for pizzas but they are well worth it and the price is completely justified. We will be going back as often as we can!

This small, family-run pizza restaurant exceeded all my expectations! Every ingredient they use is incredibly fresh, and I noticed they store everything in sealed containers. Each time they take out an ingredient for a pizza, they carefully reseal and refrigerate it, which makes a huge difference in the flavor.
Since the restaurant is cozy and not very big, a reservation is a must if you want to secure a spot. The service is outstanding – the owners and waitstaff (all part of the same family) are kind, warm, and make you feel right at home.
And don’t skip the dessert! I had three profiteroles filled with ice cream, beautifully topped with whipped cream, strawberries, and homemade caramel. It was absolute heaven – the perfect way to end the meal.
I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another perfect experience here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and a...
Read moreMy first time eating at Le feu de bois and let me tell you that it will not be my last! Not one single drop of grease came off my pie and the sauce was flavored Proper! I folded that pie of delight in half and took that fresh made burn to the roof of my mouth like a Boss! I could have easily eaten another 10" pie and not felt like turning over and taking a nap; that's how light the pizza at Le feu de bois is. The joint seamed to me be a family ran business with all smiles from the team. Felt warm in there, especially with the heat from the brick oven in the back! It is well worth the visit if you are in the area and I will definitely be passing by on my next venture to Saint-Adele..
