Apparently, as long as you speak Quebecois French you gonna have a decent service. I was humiliated and had my order literally thrown at me, because I couldn't understand well when the "gentleman" asked me what kind of dressing I wanted on my burger. I was yelled in front of several people, by the personnel, YOU HAVE TO SPEAK FRENCH! ... I do comprehend and was trying to communicate in French, I'm not familiar with the accent, I am sorry but I won't tolerate lack of human respect and politeness especially as a consumer. As some may know, not at La Belle's are equal. I find some are losing ppl who know how do it right. Not here! Best La Belle around. The staff is always super friendly and happy. Watching them work is like art. They enjoy what they do and it shows and tastes! I have to eat in a lot of resto's for work, so I'm picky. I'm fortunate to be able to eat all over the world in some great resto's. I dont care what anybody says, when its made with pride and care, the most basic meal can be epic!

We came to do mega zipline, stayed in town, of course I wanted to have poutine and smoked meat. I googled and read the review and came here. Love it! Poutine has so much gravy and cheese curds, so much juicy and tasty smoked meat in the sandwich! The staff is very friendly too, he talked with us in English.
