Brasserie Les 2 Richard — Restaurant in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

I have been going to this brasserie since I was a kid and have a deep attachment to it. I've always known it to be a nice place for a beer and a side of pub food, but my family and I have always gone during the day.

My last visit was for an evening meal, and ho my.

There was a hen party, and they wanted us all to know they were having the time of their life. The screeching banshees were so loud that our poor waiter, straining to hear my order through the wails of artificial, ethylic joy, brought me a completely different order to what I'd asked.

No matter! The Fish and chips were deliciously satisfying and confirmed as excellent by my British companion, and his chicken burger was equally pleasant, as were the cocktails.

The worst service ever. 20 minutes waiting for some one to say hi. Although the waiteress passed next to our table more than 10 tines but they where always tuning their face. I was only able to talk to one waiter that I had to stand in front of her face to see me and when I asked her to be served she said I will send you your waiter, me I can not help.... ! At the end I went inside and told a guy that I have been waiting for 20 minutes will it be possible to order, he said I will help you and then he took our order and had the food. It is the only restaurent in the area other than another one that is not in the down town. Next time I go to that area I will take my own food with me. :) Not recommended at all for the lack of srvice and coordination with...

The quality of the food is not good. I ordered smoked meat club sandwich for take out, it had a strong taste of mustard that totally desroyed the taste of the meal (a bit is fine, but it was too much). The meat also didn't taste good enough. I do not recommend the meal at all and the star reflects how much I am not satisfied with the meal that I paid for.

Also, the package for take out order didn't include ketchup (as it came with fries), and this was not offered if we would like to have or not. The staff were friendly and...
