McDonald's — Restaurant in Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot

I placed an order at 12:30AM & waited until 12:57AM. The service here is ridiculous. There’s two staff working. No one’s attending the front counter to place an order. Customers are not being served and treated with respect. I understand there may be low staff, but respect is a must. I watched the staff throw things around. Yelling back-and-forth at each other. I even watched the man throw his headset to where food would be prepared. As they were throwing out plastic garbage from the fries, they threw a piece of plastic in the fryer where there is oil & and that is contamination and could potentially set a fire. on my way out, I observed the guy in the kitchen on his phone instead of preparing orders. this kind of behaviour is disgusting. I understand things can get hectic when it’s busy, but nobody was respectful. Nobody was kind. No one was sorry for the long wait. I wasn’t even able to ask for a refund because no one was attending the counter. very...

Absolutely failed.....I stood there, watching the guy make my burgers....No glove on while he cross contaminated every ingredient I had on my burger....and then, to top it off, he directly grabbed wraps with those same hands, without washing his hands......UNF-ING BELIEVABLE..... In this day in age, considering our pandemic and health issues abound, to have an employee do that, WHILE THE MANAGER STOOD THERE AND WATCHED...... I brought it to his attention, but he didn't speak English, or pretended not to, while he said one second to me....brought another staff member around to ask what I wanted....when I told her, she tried telling me that's okay, cause he washes his hands every time.....and I said, like hell he did, I stood right here and watched him.....unbelievable...... Absolutely failed....Health department needs to...

To be avoided. Badly managed, no managing leadership so soft drinks were watered down and somewhat inaccurate like if they randomly push whatever button and that's what you get, and you get the drinks warm. Parking is badly designed and prone to confusion, a an dangerously laid out. Big Mac arrived stacked so crooked as to be unrecognizable. No ketchup available at the ketchup station, had to return to the counter in order to get ketchup packets. They replenished the ketchup station with ketchup but did not replenish the cups. Fries were okay hence the 2 star rating for the food. Will definitely not return soon despite stopping here regularly over the past 6-7 years. Change of management caused this place to go downhill. McDonald's corporate have been alerted. We'll see if...
