The food was great, service and ambiance good too. I like the batter they use for the chicken strips and the ribs are great. The salad bar is finally opened again and the produce is fresh, which is a rare sight in restaurants these days.

The only downside to me is the weird pricing for the salad bar. The standalone price is fair since it's all you can eat, but it used to be free with a meal. Now it's over 6$. That's a lot just to add some greens or have a small soup with your plate of ribs and fries.

Also they have this combo appetizer for the price of a meal that's meant to share, but would itself be in my opinion the perfect meal to grab with the salad bar. Unfortunately, because it's an appetizer, you need to pay full price for the salad bar. It means around 40$ for 4 mozza sticks, 4 chicken wings, 4 chicken strips, onion rings and the salad bar.

Service was terrible and food was even worse, my friend ordered a glass of wine and she did not like it, I tried it and it was not drinkable at all. She asked the waitress if she could exchange it and the waitress told her well did u try it and she said yes and the waitress replied well I cannot pour it back in the bottle if u tried it! (How do u expect her to try it without tasting it!!!) I guess they are not very sanitary considering they must pour wine back into bottles…the waitress messed up my bf’s order and when he told her she asked him well do you mind or would you like me to exchange it? Clearly he did not receive what he ordered. She never brought or offered us water and the food is over priced...

Bonjour ! Nous avons été mangé chez vous dimanche soir. La nourriture était ok, mais le service fut bof. 1- ça pris une dizaine de minutes avant qu'une serveuse vienne nous voir. On se demandait si on nous avait oublié. 2- la serveuse ne connaissait pas son menu. S'il est écrit sur le menu qu'il y a des digestifs ou des spiritueux, je me serais attendu à ce que la serveuse nous propose les plus populaires. Mais non, elle n'en connaissait aucun et elle s'est posté à sa caisse et elle a commencé à crier toutes les boissons possibles qu'elle a en stock. Lorsque mon conjoint a spécifié pour un scotch ou whisky (ça pouvait être le plus cheap c'est pas grave), elle nous a répondu "j'en ai pas nommé à date?!". Bref, on a abandonné l'idée de ce type d'alcool. Alors, on demande c'est quoi les bières de microbrasserie que vous avez puisque c'est pas indiqué sur le menu. Elle a nommé toutes les bières en fut (Coors light, blue moon, Heineken, etc.). Voyons dont! Finalement, les deux avons commandé un burger beyond meat. Elle nous a répondu sérieusement "ah oui bon choix le carnivore". On attendait de voir si elle était sérieuse où elle blaguait... Mais non ! Elle était sérieuse. On a du spécifier qu'on voulait le burger sans viande et là, elle a compris. Lors du service des repas, elle a dit a voix haute à toute la table qu'on avait fait plein de remarques (des changements) sur nos repas. Qu'on aille fait des remarques ou pas, c'est complètement un manque de professionnalisme de la part de la serveuse. Peu importe l'opinion qu'elle a de nous, elle doit le garder pour elle même.

C'est la première fois que le service est aussi mauvais. Je me suis demandée si c'était moi, mais nous étions plusieurs à la table à trouver...
