Ordered online at 2pm, asked us to pick it up at 5:30pm. It's now 6:30 pm and the order is still not ready (they did not even know about the order).
On average, we waste 30 mins every time we come here..
Here is the edited part 4 years later. Same exact story. Won't ever come back no matter what my family wants to eat ahahahahah
Seems they have a hard time dealing with peak traffic.
Ideas 0 - Start by keeping your word. If you tell someone to pick something up at a certain time. Make sure it's there on time or early 1 - Stop taking order if you can't deliver 2 - Have a guarantee: We're on time or your money back (that will put pressure on management to do better) 3 - Better organization (ex: ticketting system...) 4 - More staff (hard to to because it costs money and reliable staff is hard to find 5 - Raise prices to lower the demand

Read moreIt’s a shame because I love sushi shop. But the location in valleyfield has got to be the worst one. Extremely unorganized. I always place my order well in advance, 5-6 hours in advance. Yet every time we go to pick it up, they haven’t even begun making it. I order around 1 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup. We go to pickup at 6:30, we only get ahold of someone at 6:48, and only then do they start making the order. That doesn’t make sense! The place is filled with people waiting over an hour.
