Buffet Kam Hong — Restaurant in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

First time coming here and will be the last. Very disappointed with the food. There was very little selection and what they did have was cold and the pans were basically empty. The broccoli was extremely salty. We nicely pointed out to the owner the few issues with the food and he actually got angry. We weren't trying to be difficult, only wanting to make him aware. We were quite taken aback by the very poor customer service on his part. There really was no need for him to get angry with customers. At least the other staff...

Excellent buffet du samedi soir mais définitivement trop cher pour nous.

Nous n’y étions pas allés depuis belle lurette et y avons soupé hier soir le 21 janvier 2017 avec un couple, copine et copain, avec qui nous sortons de temps en temps. Nous avons dû attendre environ 15 minutes à la porte car nous n’avions pas réservé au préalable alors il vaut mieux réserver les samedis à ce que nous avons pu constater. Le buffet était à $19.95 par personne et avons aussi commandé deux cafés à $1.50 chacun pour un total de $49.33 avec les taxes et avons laissé 15% de pourboire sur ce dernier montant pour un grand total de $56.73 ce qui pour nous, est définitivement trop cher pour notre budget. Nous avons été servis assez bien par une jeune fille du nom d’Alex. Le buffet est de très bonne qualité et varié. Je n’ai que les deux reçus comme photo et je compte bien photographier le restaurant de l’extérieur quand je serai dans le coin puisque c’est dans ma ville et qu’il n’y a pas de photos du restaurant qui sont publiées au moment où j’écris ces lignes. Il y a sûrement des prix plus bas dans la semaine, c’est à vous de voir sur le site internet. Les prix à la carte sont très bon marché soit dit en passant. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

This place is only good if your incredibly under the influence of a substance such as alcohol or cannabis.

I find that the food has a high salt taste and that takes away the flavors of everything. Like to me this is a generic Chinese food tase.

But they Do have ice cream and dessert, and a grill your own meat bar thing. because we all scream for ice cream and indoor bbq,
