Waited for 10 minutes for breakfast sandwichs, when I received them they were cold, the server didn't seem to care at all when I said they were cold. He just stared at me and walked away. Service and quality of Tim Hortons products jas taken a nose dive in the past ten years, absolutely no care of concern for customer service, people who you cannot understand in the drive thru. And the general cleanliness of Tim Horton outlets. Proud Canadian company, that's a laugh. Start hiring canadians before claiming to be a canadian company and expecting canadians to support your business when you don't seem to support canadians. As always walking into the restaurant there's an obvious bias in hiring practices. The only reason I was there was it was the only place accessible to me, Tim Hortons, no matter which one in which province is never a first choice for me, it's a choice of last resort, I do everything I can not to support a company that does not support the neighborhoods they are in. Read moreThis location has terrible service for drive thru. I suspect it might be due to understaffing and trying to keep their average time for drive thru low.
Expect to pull up to drive thru, not be greeted for about 20 seconds- to the point that you start wondering if there is something wrong eg. Are they open? Is the speaker broken? For the order taker to make you repeat yourself, and then when you are done sit there for 30 seconds minimum to be told a total and asked to pull up. No one's ever ahead in line when this happens.
Guess what? You won't get more staff if you play that game with your drive thru times because there will never look like there is an issue.
I like the location of this one on my commute, but McDonald's is a minute further so I will go there from now on.
Also, I get you might need to cook things and they might not be ready when we order. We all would rather fresh food. Today the drive thru person tried to talk me out of my order because of a 3 min delay to cook the egg. Maybe don't try to deter people...

Truly awful. I get the wrong stuff 90% of the time. Foods gross. Drinks are made poorly. There is zero consistency between any of the locations. You can order the same thing and get completely different tasting food and drink at each of them.
Follow your set of instructions when you make drinks and food. It isn't hard to follow instructions.
You take a cup, you put x shots of syrup in, coffee and froth milk for a latte. HOW IS THAT HARD TO FOLLOW? Why do I get coffee with cream instead of the latte I ordered ?
