Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sarnia

Usually i have an exceotional experience. I ordered online during supper time and ordered take out since i was already out. Got there and computer said pizza done. Place packed. Everyone standing inside nobody would leave. I went in asked for my pizza. Atmosphere super loud like a bar. Had to shout. Was told my order wasnt ready. I said computer said it was ready 2 minutes ago. I was snapped at the computer is wrong. Which is fine i noticed they were busy. One of the men in the men in the store was cutting me up yelling at me accusing me of cutting in front of him. Nobody would stop things. So loud in kitchen. Approximately 20minutes later one of the guys goes over to where they keep the pizzas and finds my pizzas and calls my name. I then say to him great so they were sitting there this whole time im late my pizza is cold and they were there and he tries to lie to me. No they just got out of the oven he says. When i say i watched him he goes so sorry we just missed them. The pizza wasnt made well and was cool. I make it right i give you pizza next time. My advice is dont order during busy times. Order off times because this is a great pizza store normally but on Friday it wasnt for...

don’t order from this “establishment”!! I redeemed a free pizza and decided to order bread-sticks on the side and i waited over an hour, i called management and they told me the courier AND restaurant attempted to call me “many times”, there was no missed calls on my cellphone, then they say the only way they can bring my order is if i give my BANK INFORMATION over the phone?!? i’ve never been asked this before in my life, I outright said it sounded like a scam so the employee began stuttering and told me they would bring the pizza and i could pay at the door, i waited another 10 minutes and the driver never came. Eventually after calling AGAIN and arguing with the manager a “fresh” order was delivered, surprise surprise they were able to call me this time? 🤔 My whole order should’ve been free and it wasn’t, i bet the food is now tampered with too. Be careful if you do order from here, don’t ever give your banking information...

This used to be a good place to get an okay pizza at a reasonable price but I've consistently been getting less cheese, less toppings and even undercooked pizza. There should never be large sections of sauce visible because you failed to add enough cheese which clearly isn't present anywhere else on the pizza. The prices in general have gone up they don't even bother to do a quality check or even put the sticker on anymore, even if you are late picking it up which definitely says something. They can't even build the box properly for the most part anymore and with 15 people standing around with 4 actually working in a place like this something is not right.
