Firenze's Pizza — Restaurant in Sarnia

In no way is this the best pizza. The pizza was acceptable at best.. taste was bland, barely any cheese, frozen green pepper. The cook kept scratching his head/ bandana with no gloves. The owner and cook kept hanging outside smoking. Never saw them wash their hands. The place is a dive.. from the furniture and carpet to the table in the restaurant that is cluttered in various herbal pills,magazines and WD40 can. Supply freezer is also in the dining room. Pizza boxes everywhere. They only accept cash which they did not specify upon sitting us down. Had to walk to an atm while my pizza cooked. When i asked for my remaining pizza to be wrapped to take home the owner with his bare hands just picked up each slice and stacked it in tinfoil and handed it back.

I was born and raised in Sarnia but moved away after college. Every visit home is another take out #21 from Firenzies and atleast one brought back in the backseat on the way home. I have looked high and low but have never, ever found another pizza like this. It is delicious!!!!! If you are visiting Sarnia for business or pleasure, make this a must on your to do list....call Firenzies or stop in...order #21...the best on the menu and say hello to Karen and Emily for me:-) As I type, my mom is driving down to Burlington for a weekend stay and the pizza is in her car!!!!!!!...

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive at the hotel It was upside down in the pizza box Not hot but not cold either Crust just falls Apart as your trying to eat it The meat toppings are a shredded mess all over the Pizza Pizza half burnt Zero taste may as well eat the cardboard box it came in Very disappointed in my first experience of ordering from here , lady at hotel said it was her number 1 Recommended pizza place I probably won't ever order from here again.
