Do you remember the last time coffee made you happy? Like, that perfectly brewed, soothing, warm way to wake up? Come to Global. And not just for the coffee. The breakfast sandwiches will actually make your day...they are perfect. When food tastes really good, it's more satisfying, which in turn leads to keeping you happier, longer. It's science. A normal work day for me is a breakfast sandwich and coffee, which lasts until about 1030 or so, and I need a snack. A warm, crispy but not crunchy bagel with bacon and egg from Global keeps me going until noon, when I unwrap the sandwich that they made for me as well. Corned beef, bakery fresh bread, all the fixings. I don't think I've been happier at work than when I've been to Global to start my day. Or maybe it's just the warm friendly service. There simply aren't coffee shops like this any more, well, not enough of them anyway. I haven't even mentioned the donuts by the way! Are you still reading this?! Get to Global, now! The donuts may actually be the best part...I haven't tried enough of them to conclusively say though. So yes, 6 stars if I could give 6 stars, but for now, 5 will do. Thank you to the staff at Global for making ny day...

The donuts were amazing, unfortunately I wont be back. A great product does not excuse you from giving customers attitude and poor service.

The slim elderly lady in a pink shirt taking the orders at the counter at 2pm today? Horrible. Went from having a terrible negative attitude to a facetious one right to my face. The sighs you made and your negative micro expressions stood out as I asked a simple question about your ice coffee and took 3 minutes to chose a 6 pack of donuts were not professional. I am ever so sorry to disturb you at work. The employee also snapped at your young co-worker making sandwiches for not having the right tea bags in the section, only for her to take one step to her right to fix the issue....you are a blight on this business and your attitude was embassing. You shouldn't be talking down to fellow employees or customers.

If you are the owner, you should retire. If you are a worker, you should be fired. I can only imagine how your co workers feel working with you. You probably have them in terror. Every other worker in there today had a smile and were acting like they wanted to be there, too bad you were there to...

As a new customer of Global Donuts a few weeks ago I waited to see if this was too good to be true. My initial impression was that they had great donuts, very cheerful staff, incredible sandwiches and great coffee at great prices. Then I discovered the “Mega Fritter”, OMG this thing is huge and so fresh! I’d say it’s 3 times the size of a Tim’s fritter and fresher tasting...I digress.

So here we are a few weeks later and I’m as impressed today as I was in the beginning; maybe more so.

I’ve tried several of the sandwiches now and love LOVE the freshness, consistency and generous toppings to make them either a shareable snack or a hunger buster with a side of dill pickles and chips.

Thank you for the great service I’ve experienced and the amazing food. I can’t wait until we are out of quarantine so I get to try the hot foods I’ve been hearing about!
