I had an absolute horrible experience tonight. I ordered a large pepperoni baccon pizza with a thick crust, I ended up with a pizza that was coming apart and when I picked it up it was like they slapped two doughs together to make one !? Most places would just use one dough and roll it thicker for the crust. When I called Mary annic (Owner) She was very rude and told me theirs nothing she can be do and to find somewhere else too go if they can't satisfy me. I paid 32 dollars for this pizza I'm very disappointed, Domino's can make a better pizza for less money. It's the fact that they couldn't even make it right is what I have the most issue with. I hope they never ever lose dan because he seems to be the only one who can make a pizza the right way.
Lmao of course you can't satisfy me look how you make a pizza 🤣, how come Dan can make it right everyime but no one else can !? We've been ordering from there for 10 years and only recently has it become a problem. How can every other pizza place manage thick crust without doubling the dough lol. You just make the dough slightly bigger so you have extra room to roll it into a thicker crust, it's not rocket science but clearly you can't comprehend that. You can't tell me that pizza is acceptable? You can't be okay with charging 32 dollars for a pizza that falls apart. You should be ashamed of how you run a business. You're proud of the pizza in my photo's? You'd put that on your website advertising it as a good looking pizza ? I don't think so. Admit you're wrong and make it right. I don't know what's happened in the past few years but Sisios has gone down hill and looks like it will...
Read moreI have to wonder if some of these awful reviews are fake because we ordered from here tonight after fishing for hours. We were staying at the best western down the street. The man who answered the phone was super nice and answered all of our questions without issue. We were told it would be 1 hour for delivery and when we asked why he explained it was because there was only one driver. We decided to pick up instead. While we were waiting I read through the reviews and I won’t lie, we were worried we made a mistake. But we are so glad we tried this place. The pizza was very good! Toppings were plentiful. We ordered a large with one side jalepeno, red onion, pineapple and the other side with mushroom, pepperoni, bacon and green olives. The pizza is huge and cooked properly. If I had one complaint for my side (the pineapple) I’d of liked a touch more salt but I won’t even complain because my husbands side would have had tons of salt from the meat. I said I was only going to have one piece and I ate half a pizza. The huge pizza was $30
I’ve lived in Chicago - I’ve travelled and had pizza all over the states and Canada and this pizza is just exactly as promised
Sauce perfect amount. Not too sweet Cheese was cooked perfectly brown and good coverage! We ordered thin crust and the toppings were right to the edge. I prefer a thicker crust but this was perfect for 10:30 at night
My only regret is not letting my husband...
Read moreHaving recently relocated to the city I have been trying different pizza companies. The Pizza from Sissio's is good, not spectacular, but it is consistent. I ordered from them 6 different times, on my 7th, I placed an order without thinking to ask if there were any delays tonight. I placed the order and when an hr came and went I didn't think much of it as it arrived in an hr the last time. When I got to an hour and a half I called the store. Was told that it was on it's way with the driver. I am living in the Comfort Inn, not that far from the store. When it got to 2 hrs, I called the store again. Was told that it had left with the driver 10 min before I called again. At 2hrs and 27 min, 1 large pepperoni finally arrived. So not only did I pay for a pizza that arrived not cold but not luke warm either, I tipped the driver as he told me he had just been handed the pizza to deliver. When I called the store back about it's late arrival, was told by the girl who answered that it was a min of 1.5 hrs wait. I informed her I WASN'T INFORMED when I called that it would be that long, let alone an extra hr late. Her lack of response, yes actual dead air that would have killed a radio station, left me further frustrated, to the point of just hanging up. I really loved the pie from Giresi's Pizza Factory, think they will be...
