Hallie/haley (hal-ee) provided our party of 4 the WORST customer service experience this morning of Dec. 6th. Was very aggressive, rude, ignored the requests for half sugar, light ice that was mentioned to the cashier. She kept slamming things while making drinks. She had forgotten to make a drink half sugar, when we asked which one was it, she just grabbed a drink away and said there isn’t one but she will make it. She did this with the WORST attitude, demeanour, face, everything unpleasant. Then the drink with light ice, she was about to put a HEAPING scoop of ice into the refresher. My mum had told her kindly about it being light ice, to which she looked, rolled her eyes, and said that those customizations need to be told to the cashier. To which we did.. we found the cashier and let her know, and she did affirm we had ordered light ice. She went to tell her light ice, but she still ignored her own co worker and dumped the big scoop of ice in the drink. It was a horrible start to the morning. My mum called after to let a manager know about the experience, but Hallie answered. She told her about how her experience was with her attitude, how it was evident she didn’t want to be at work but not to project onto others. Hallie was not apologetic and only replied with “I’m a hard worker” - really? We called again and informed the manager, but this type of behaviour and customer service is unacceptable. How is this allowed within an establishment, are businesses okay with allowing workers to act like this because of the lack of...
Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Starbucks recently when I went through their drive-through.
I ordered a vanilla latte and a hot chocolate, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
First off, the service was impressively quick, which is always appreciated, especially when you’re on the go.
Despite how busy they seemed, my order was ready in no time, and the drinks were handed to me piping hot.
The vanilla latte was spot on – the perfect balance of sweetness and richness that I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
The espresso was just right, and the vanilla flavor wasn’t too overpowering, which is something I really liked. As for the hot chocolate, it was rich and creamy, just the comforting drink I needed.
Both beverages tasted fresh and well-made, which made the experience even better.
What stood out to me the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and professional, even through the drive-through speaker, which is something I always appreciate.
Their positive attitude made my quick stop feel welcoming and warm. I left the drive-through with a smile and will definitely be returning for more. Great...
Read moreWorst service ever! It seems like the employees aren’t happy to be on shift—they’re so slow. The barista who took my order didn’t speak to us for the first five minutes, and when he finally did, he was wearing an AirPod the entire time he was taking our order
After making our drinks, I asked the barista for three pup cups. She seemed unhappy to serve them and immediately turned her back, even though I was about to speak to her. I went to the counter to talk to another barista and told her they forgot the mocha drizzle I had requested. She said they don’t have drizzle, then dropped my drink. She didn’t replace it, didn’t apologize—she just added mocha syrup, handed it back to me, and didn’t even wipe the cup.
It was pretty obvious they were talking about us through their headphones. Too bad—the interior is perfect, but the baristas are ruining...
