Zero customer service. Horrible I ordered food online for my son, but since I work, I requested a friend to pick it up and drop it off to my sons work place. I always want to support local halal food chains so I buy mostly from them. When I ordered online, there was no option for online payment, the only two options were -Pay cash in store or -call me, I want to pay by phone I selected the call me option since I can’t have my friend pay for it. I didn’t get a call from Aalif so I called them myself. I explained them that my friend is coming to pick up the food and I would like to pay by phone. The guy told me that’s not an option. So I said that their website clearly says that, to which he said it’s not there and you pay cash when you come. I told him I am not making my friend pay cash, I clarified that he should have called me and explained to me the situation. But anyways he got very aggressive and started yelling at me, he told me I am harassing him. And then told me understand my point, and kept saying understand my point. I apologized and told him that I am in no way being aggressive and he needs to understand that when he is doing a business he has to clarify payment types and if there is an issue, he could have called. He later said, don’t pay, come and pick your food and pay me later a day, a week, or 6 months from now. I was very hurt with this interaction. I am sad that our people are this way. May Allah give us hidayah. I told my friend about the interaction to which they said, I am not going to a place to pick up food that disrespects women. He took my son else where and bought him lunch. I hope whoever owns Aalif learns to deal...

Visited this eatery on September 3,2023 for the first time.
We have heard good things about this restaurant before coming and wanted to try their Tawa Chicken (chicken cooked on griddle ) Tawa Qeema (Minced beef cooked on griddle) and chicken kebabs.
After we placed our order, Owner Kalam Ullah Khan came to our table and explained about the process ingredients and process of cooking our order. This was the first time I have experienced that owner would take time to come and explain the order. Very nice of him.
All the items we ordered tasted very fresh as no frozen meat or ingredients were used in case cooking the meals.
There was delicious sauces with the order and very flavourful rice.
