Solaro Pizza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

The two pizza’s we ordered had almost nothing in the way of cheese and sauce. They ended up looking nothing like the photo’s on Solaro’s website.

You can actually see the dough through the cheese and toppings in the photo. As well, the crust is huge. Taking up a large portion of the overall pizza. There just wasn’t much to it. I felt like I was mostly eating dough with a bit of pepperoni.

The other pizza we ordered was just a cheese pizza and I wish I had a picture of that one because without the pepperoni, its even more sparse.

I am very confused by the reviews that were hyping this place up.

Well two days in a row on picking up food .yesterday I thought I would try it as its new in my area , so I ordered something simple and quick a Poutine .I was told 5-10 mins so I waited there , ended up taking 25mins later got my food I hate waiting .Today my wife and I decided to try the pizza for the first time , prices look good so we ordered a Solaro Xl at 7:48 pm , I was told 20-25 mins .So I assumed it might be late so I went back at 8:30 pm .Found out it was just going into the oven , not impressed so took 40 mins just to make it and not cook it yet. I finely left the building at 8:50 .So I waited there for 20 mins , Real good food but don't expect it on time . I feel they should be able to pin point the time better than...

The ribs are to die for! I could eat them every day! Never had better!! But they really should think about using a different delivery service- when delivered to my home food was late then he left part of the order in the vehicle and left with it. Restaurant did credit me for this so thats all good. When ordering from work the driver snapped at the girl at the front desk stating we should order well before our lunch break (we ordered 1 hour prior) and yelled that he had to rush to get here! Uh....okay. THEN he proceeded call the office 2 hours later to say we owed him $5 for delivery! Sorry bud- we paid the total the restaurant specified on the phone and then some. Clearly somebody just wasn't happy...
