Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatoon

What is wrong with their coffee.....? It doesn't even do your average gas station coffee justice, let alone Tim Horton's coffee.... It tastes horribly bitter, and old..... Stale..... Like it was last week's coffee reboiled..... I wonder if they're using Tim Horton's coffee at all, or do they just not wash their pots, filters and neglect to clean their machines? it was the WORST cup of coffee i have EVER had at Timmy's.....

On top of that..... I'm out in the boonies with no vehicle. My phone has just died.

Me: "Can I use your phone for a seond? I need to call a cab." Server: asks the supervisor then returns..... "No, sorry we can't do that." Me: "Well, would you be able to call a cab for me then?" Server: again goes to supervisor and returns..... "No, sorry we're not allowed to do that either....." Me: "Oh, you guys don't have a phone here?" Server: "I don't think we're allowed to give our number out.....There's a Husky across the street. They have a phone." I look over at the supervisor who is glaring at me.....

Wow..... Really?!?! You won't help a customer get home? Thanks Amy......

Ordered drinks and donuts and tims were busy as usual, and i can understand and by the looks of if they could not handle the rush. I waited nearly 20 min for 2 drinks. Had to wait for it and asked for it and also had to ask again for my donuts we ordered. By the time I got out there, my husband was nearly late for his appointment. Normally, they would ask what donuts you would like, but the lady just started putting donuts in the box without asking me. I had to stop her and ask if I could choose my own. She wasn't very happy. On my out of Saskatoon, after helping my husband get his drink ready straw and mixing cream et. i took mine and wanted to take a sip. Realized the wrong order they gave us, and it was awful. I am sure they mixed coffee with my chai tea. I think they hey realized they started the wrong order and just added a tea bag with the coffee. It was absolutely disgusting and so bitter and unusual strong. And no could not turn around, and we were already late as it is. Tried calling, and the person who answered not very helpful...

Before I left the house going to work I ordered online for Iced Coffee with espresso.It’s 10mins drive from home to the tim's marquis drive. When I got inside there is no iced coffee in pick ul area so I asked the staff if they received the order and she said yes so i try to understand them because they have line up in the front. The supervisor saw me still standing in the pick up are so he asked me if im waiting for something so i told him my order online over 10 mins ago already. Since i told him I tried to patiently waiting but when I saw the group of people in the line up when I got there that they got their drinks already and so I waited for another minute then asked them again my order and still not ready. I was so frustrated so I left the store without my order because I even told them in the second time they asked my order that I only have 5 mins left but they don’t care.
