Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Scugog

We ordered 23 large pizza's from Evan, the Manager at Papa John's in Port Perry for a crowd of 60 or more people. All the pizza's arrived nice and hot & on time. We were a little outside of their delivery boundary but because we had such a large order they delivered them to us. We order from them quite often because they make really good-tasting pizza. I would highly recommend them if you are serving a large crowd or even just for your own family. Obviously you need to give them a few days advance notice for a large order but you will not be disappointed. Everyone at the party really liked your pizza's. Twice over now papa John has provided amazing pizza with great customer service. It’s started with Sean over the phone taking my order. His customer service is great. He’s very knowledgeable of the menu, advised me both times on items/specials I can carry out vs have delivered to me!

Also, a lot restaurant struggle with my address - Sean was knowledgeable of the surrounding delivery area Papa johns services and didn’t take long at all to confirm we can be delivered to!

Pizza was great the first day and second. The boneless chicken bites were fresh, meaty - we enjoyed those a lot too! We used to order from somewhere else but this is 100% our go to now!

Pizza quality was par for these chains However service was extremely lacking. Phone in order for pickup, arrived to have no order placed.. The staff member somehow took the order (after 10mins trying to log in to system) and never submitted. Then front counter staff when coming in for pickup were rude, short tempered and ignorant. Refusing to acknowledge their mistake and didn't seem to care that it was a hindrance to wait an additional 25minutes for our order. Magically no manager present on site either, which pretty sure goes against MOL and Papa John's policy. Just saying. Won't be back here ever. And I advice others to...
