If this is the Tim Hortons combined with Wendy's, I am not happy with my customer service. The staff took my order and I asked where to wait. She was very rude directing me to the pickup section of the counter. I ordered a medium coffee, two omelette bites and a bagel. I received the coffee. After waiting about 15 minutes with my friends at the booth. I approached the counter and she yelled 'what do YOU want'. I asked for my bagel and bites. She had forgotten my order. You didn't get it?' 'No'. They started up on it yelling 'we forgot this one' and 'oh for Christ's sake'. As if my order, that THEY forgot was my fault, and just SO awful to take time to do out of their day. I didn't understand, the store was not very busy.
So I waited. this time at the counter. She mocked me for not knowing a gentleman (not in the designated line area) was waiting to have his order taken.
The young man who gave me my omelette bites was very polite. I went up to the woman making by bagel, and she very rudely said 'this is my second time making this. Enjoy it sweetie'. Obviously not, since I never got the first order!
I don't like posting about customer service. I don't expect a lot. Just a nice person to take my order. But I never experienced such blatant, unashamed and rude behaviour at Tim Hortons before.

Read moreI don’t often leave bad reviews, as I am a business owner and I realize the power of a bad review. However, I left this location so frustrated this morning I doubt I’ll ever go back. First off, I spend about $100-$150 a week here whether it be food items or quite often I purchase a take 12 pack for my fellow coworkers. This morning I bought several items, including a take 12 pack. None of my coworkers take milk in their coffee, and typically I let them know at the speaker to please only include cream packets as the milk will not get used. This morning I forgot to mention about the cream so after driving 12 seconds from the speaker to the window I asked the woman to kindly only include cream in the bag. She replied with “oh it’s already been packed, sorry”. I said “okay, do you mind replacing the milk with cream as my coworkers only take cream”. She looked me straight in the eyes with a blank stare, proceeded to roll her eyes, and said “fine”. She returned with a sarcastic smile, handed me the take 12 pack and I left. Once I got to work I checked the bag, to find that she left it as is, milk and cream packets. Not only that I bought a farmers wrap which was inedible due to the amount of egg shells in the wrap. This experience won’t happen again, as that will be my last time going to this location. Do better...
Read moreTim Hortons is a staple for many of us looking for a quick coffee and a bite on the go. My recent visit to a local Tim Hortons was pretty much what you’d expect from this well-known chain. The coffee, as always, was good—not the best I've ever had but consistently decent and fairly priced. It’s the reliable choice when you need a quick caffeine fix.
The selection of baked goods was ample. I opted for a classic – the Boston Cream donut, which was fresh and hit the spot. However, the bagels and some of the other pastry items seemed a bit less fresh, a common issue when visiting later in the day.
Service was quick, which Tim Hortons prides itself on, but it felt a bit mechanical. The staff were efficient but not particularly warm or engaging, which, while understandable during busy hours, does detract slightly from the overall experience.
The ambiance is typical of fast-food outlets—clean and functional but designed more for convenience than comfort. It’s not a place to linger, but rather to grab, go, and get on with your day.
Overall, Tim Hortons delivers what it promises: quick service and consistent products at a fair price. It’s not a café experience but a functional stop that caters well...
