On April 28, 2025, at 7:57 AM, I visited the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons and had an extremely poor experience. I ordered a large coffee (approx. $2.60) and paid $2.75 in cash. The employee took my money without counting it, put it in the drawer, and rushed me to leave without giving change or a receipt.
When I asked for my change and receipt, she seemed annoyed and admitted she was “confused” about how much I gave her. After some back-and-forth, she gave me only $0.10 (two nickels) instead of the correct $0.15 and initially refused to provide a receipt. When I insisted, her attitude worsened, and she slammed the drive-thru window shut after saying “goodbye,” leaving me stunned. Other staff noticed but did nothing to resolve the situation.
This unprofessional behavior, combined with improper cash handling and refusal to provide a receipt promptly, raises concerns about the staff’s training and accountability. I’m disappointed, as I’ve always enjoyed this Tim Hortons, but this experience was unacceptable. Read moreWent in to use the bathroom which was dirty, started to do my business to find no toilet paper, no napkins and no paper towels in the washroom at all. Came out to notice someone still sweeping the floors, and one person working drive through, there was a couple in the restaurant already served and 2 cars in the drive through.
Went to ask for a manager was told there isnt one, one person wasnt even sure if they had a manager. One of the female workers said no managers in until Tuesday, I asked for the Managers name. She gave it to me, but didnt ask why or anything. So I told her the washrooms were out of necessities she said oh we have been very busy and no one told us. We oredered, the drink tastes that soap, and got thrown out. Asked my son about the mens washroom, he said if he didnt have to go so badly he wouldnt have it was disgusting. So at least 2 female and 2 male workers, and the place was gross. Read moreI order coffee services for meetings in this area often. Everytime I am at this location to pick up my coffee, it is not ready for the pre-arranged time. I am always greeted by a new face that has no idea how to charge me for my coffee, and acts upset that I am inconveniencing them with my order and expectation that it should be ready on time. This store gives a bad name to the franchise.
As I wait for my 35 cup Cambreau, ordered a week ago, and confirmed by phone last night, I am told that I must take my coffee in the 20 cup containers because they have already sent out all of their 35 cup containers.
Update: I decided to give this location one more try because it is conveniently located near my employer. I placed the same order I always do, a week in advance, 35 cup Cambreau and 4 dozen muffins. I called to confirm last night that it would be ready for 7:30 AM and was assured it would be. It is 7:52 AM now, and I was met with confused looks when I asked for my order.
