Lello's Pizza & Shawarma — Restaurant in Shawville

My wife had her usual small Chicken Shawarma and I decided to try the combo Shawarma yesterday (May 10th). Well, this was the absolute WORST Shawarma I have ever had, and I've eaten Shawarma's all over Canada. To make it worse,, it was my birthday and I actually chose Lello's for my supper. My Shawarma had VERY LITTLE meat on it but to make it even worse, the meat (if you want to call it meat) was full of chewy grizzle!! We will NEVER order from them again!!!

Update We wanted to order a pizza, and usually we ordered from Lello's (from the time they opened in Shawville). BUT,,, after our last order I said we should try Billy T's. Well,,, BEST PIZZA EVER!!! Loaded with ingredients that you can actually SEE and TASTE what you're eating, (I think Lello's grinds their ingredients cuz you can't find any bacon, peppers or mushrooms) and topped with lots of cheese. I was even able to get a thick crust (Lello's won't do it cuz their dough is "weighed"). Bottom line, FORGET ABOUT LELLO'S AND GO TO FOR THE BEST PIZZA IN SHAWVILLE,,, BILLY T'S... If the pizza is that much better, imagine how good the rest of the food is. Anyone can make a wrap, (that's all Lello's Shawarma's are cuz they hardly put any meat inside the pita bread, so I call that a wrap). A vegetarian could eat a Lello's Shawarma because of the lack of meat inside...

Pretty good food if your lucky enough to have them make it for you. 3 times in a row I call and ordered from there, get told it will be 10 to 15 minutes and I give them 20 minutes just to be on the safe side. I show up to be told they hit a rush and it will be another 20 minutes, like what was the point of calling if I got pushed aside for people who went in. Basically made calling and ordering pointless. But the worse was last night. I ordered a trio and got told it would be 10 minutes and I gave them 20 and I show up with no one in the restraunt except staff, I ask for my order he looks for it then goes to the back and aruges with the person who took my order then tells me it will just be 10 minutes, I walked out. I called and ordered it so I didn't have to wait 10 minutes. So good food but terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend calling and...

This place is a scam used too order 3 times a week even waited till 1030 1100 pm cause dilivery was on his way home too alymer WOW were did those days go now im told thay want a redelivery fee off 500 dollars on his way home WOW red really thats how you treat hard working smalltown folk thanks for your service dont think you will last long in the pontiac we are country folk not star bucks!!!! A favor too deliver!!!? On your way home thank you so much were i come from a favor is when your cattle barn falls down and your nabor come too help you fix it not call you after supper saying you owe me for a favor this is rural western pontiac not the big city...
