LeSnack Poutines — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

The first time I went the place was really nice! The food was good and the waitress gave us really good service, was considerate and polite.

Then the last time I went the waitress was kind of rude and she refused to speak in English (Which is normally not a problem for me but my boyfriend is American and could not understand).

She then proceeded to bring us the wrong dish and blamed it on us(I'm a vegetarian and almost ended up eating a dish with bacon in it). She told us that it was our fault because we ordered the Jardiniere poutine and brought the menu over to tell us it definitely had bacon in. Luckily one of the people I went with got a vegetarian dish as well and was able to trade with me but that's not where the story ends. When I went up to pay something didn't feel right to me so I checked the menu. Even having ordered the Jardiniere there isn't supposed to be bacon in it and having checked the menu in front of us she knew that she had brought us the wrong dish.

Lets just say the frustration makes it not...

Bad bad bad...bad...baaaaad customer service. Definitely NOT worth the food. Went there 4 times, was disappointed every single one of 'em.

Most awful experience: We were 4, ordered our poutines. It was a busy evening, so ok, we didn't expect to get the food right away, no big deal... BUT we didn't expect either that 3 other tables (people who arrived way after us) would get served before. And that also: 5 kids walks in, sits behind us, orders....and gets served within minutes. We tried to ask what was going on, both the manager and the waitress ignored us. So 1h45 later (yeah, we were patient), and countless table customers served, takeouts given and at least 2 runs of delieveries, we left.

Never going back there gain.

Order from or go to Snack Cameleon instead. Just about the same menus, most better service, without the...

This restaurant is OK at best if you're hangover but if you're not inebriated you want to consider going elsewhere. It took 1h34 min to receive my poutine with an horrible service (small guy seem to be manager and he was literally calling the waitresses "Stupid" and "Fat" in front of the clients...).

When the poutine finally arrived I was a bit disappointed by the size of the poutine. 17$ for a "Large" poutine that would be considered a small in most places then 3$ for a can of soda.

The taste was OK at best and don't bother asking for a change in the recipe like changing mushrooms for peppers because the answer you'll get is "Do you know they're not worth the same thing ?" With a condescending look.

Overrall place is bad and the waitresses seem to be treated badly which I do not want to encourage by giving money to...
