Lotus Blanc Vietnamien — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Dear Lotus Blanc,

I'm sorry for this comment but this place needs improvement. We had a reservation for 3. The waiter changed our seats 3 times to accomodate other guesses, which is understable but no excuses were offer.

I ordered the large beef Phõ but received a medium size. I also got a regular occidental spoon instead of traditional vietnamese spoon. No lime or bean sprout provided. I had to asked 2x to have hoisin and sriracha. The broth was awful, it tasted like a beef broth that you buy from Maxi and why the hell did they put brocoli in it?? It was not Phõ but just a beef soup with rice noodle in it. Totally disapointing.

My friend ordered the Pad Thai. It was not Pad Thai, the noodle weren't cooked properly (it was soaky).

We also ordered the pork rolls as an appetizer which were the most decent choice.

This restaurant is zero vietnamese, but american-chinese cuisine made for local people of Sherbrooke. I'm sorry for the population of Estrie that is getting foul by this restaurant. I do not recommend and will...

This is absolutely the worst restaurant, I have been too. The waiter didnt understand french. They got our orders wrong. It was 20 mins between items that came to the table. Not one time did they refill our water in over 1 hr 45 minutes. We called it quit's after that and complained to the staff and they still charged us 62 bucks. No self repecting restaurant owner would ever do that, after what we complained about they would take the hit. I seriously suggest who wants Vietnamese food to avoid this place at costs like it...

Lotus Blanc is our go to restaurant for a family dinner date. There are many food choices and very affordable too. Big servings and delicious! They're normally fully packed towards the weekend or if there's an event but it's easy to get a table if it's not very busy. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
