Prices goes higher, while the quality goes lower :
I ordered a small classic poutine from Le Pot au Feu last Thursday, at 4PM. With the delivery that took about 50 minutes (even if I live not far away from the restaurant), with the extra to have the sauce in a separate container, with the tip and with the poutine itself (which is not cheap by the way), my meal cost me over 17$. Plus, I don’t know if it was because I put my order outside rush-hours, but my fries were clearly overcooked and dry, as if they have been reheated or left in the oven for a long time. As if that was not enough, they were cold when they arrived. But what makes me really mad is that this is the third time this situation occurs to me.
I ordered a lot of meals from that restaurant in the past few years, and I was very satisfied with what I bought. But the prices are going higher and higher with the time, as the quality goes lower and lower. I don’t know what goes wrong with the management, but the owner of that restaurant needs to make a move quickly. Clients are not fools!

The guy was screaming at me the whole time as i was very calm. Gave a decent tip and was apologetic the whole time for not being able to communicate in his language. Left with the food. Got in car ; pizza was not sliced and they had put the poutine in a bag... no ustenciles. Had to stop on the highway to try to cut that thing up in pieces. Eating the poutine with my finger. Their poutine is my all-time favourite and I am sad to be missing it now that I've moved away. Pizza has a ton of pepperoni and lots of cheese. They don't skimp on portion size here! While on the more expensive side for students, food is well worth the price...
