Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Usually Tim's is Tim's but the management here is different . I've never been to a Tim's where everyone really knows what they're doing. You can hear them communicate with each other on orders. When the cashier was making my coffee another one took over their cash to not let other customers wait! I've never seen a tims do this. It's like they actually cared about customers. I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons branch. The first time I visited, I received a disgusting order. it smelled bad and was clearly not fresh. I gave them another chance, but again, they messed up my order. The staff member named Benjamin was extremely rude. The service was not the best, they didn't want to sell 10 donuts...
