Double Dave combo priced on the menu at 10,99$ and charged 14,71$ with taxes. When asking why was I paying that price, manager said yes there is a mistake and will update it since its wrong on a rude tone. I request to be charged listed price but instead of proper customer service, he said I was aggressive and to calm down when I had a smile on my face. He then leave. Cashier polite and nice then just process the order again and ask me to pay the same price of 14,71$. Really...! I left. Food is ok but often cold.
Cleanliness is also a major issue â the floor is often dirty, and it doesnât seem like it's cleaned regularly. On multiple visits, Iâve seen employees eating or lounging in the only restaurant booth seating area.
Staff generally appear untrained and unable to answer even basic questions. To make matters worse, the manager consistently speaks to customers in English, which feels inappropriate in a primarily French-speaking region like Sherbrooke.

Never working right. The managers are always yelling at the employees in front of customers. The employees don't care about anything pertaining to food or service. When something is wrong with your food (which there will be), you will be standing at the counter waiting for help. The restaurant was made essentially just for Uber orders (barely any seats in the place) and is just the worst Wendy's I've been to.
