Itās 10 July around 9:15am, I came to get my steep tea at the front store, but I want to use washroom first and tried but itās locked. Then I went back to front store and talked to the crew his name āLLYODā said this washroom is only for customer not for random persons. I asked why so, he said this our policy until unless youāre not purchasing anything here, weāll not allow you to use the washroom. I asked if thereās any emergency situation or a person wants to use it first beside to wait in the queue for waiting his turn to order something. The answer was āwe donāt careā if youāre purchasing something then weāll allow you otherwise not. I never face that kind of situation in all over Edmonton or even in Canada š. I got steep tea in the morning from other store and I was keeping the empty glass with me to throw in garbage but at the conversation time itās in my hand, I explained him that I purchased this from your store in the morning, will you allow me for that he said ā we generally donāt allowā but this time Iām allowing you. Later on, I asked another crew member āDABā that can I talk to your Manager, she said the manager isnāt here and sheās at off for 7 days. No supervisor, No Manager, The floor was like open battle field for the crew members. Thatās why, the behaviour of the staff was very rude, careless and dumb. I have a lot to say but thatās enough I can tell to higher authority if they are reading the reviews. They can take action and make a friendly culture and good customer service at the store. I was rushed at the window no good morning or nothing just basically what do you want. Unfortunately I did not check the bagel and behold regular cream cheese which I hate and I couldn't even go return it but my fault for not checking. Today went through the drive thru and same quick and get you out attitude. Paid in cash and girl at the window was in such a rush she dropped must of the change out of my hand I had to park and pick it up. Not only did she not apologize she actually tiffed at me. Like your kidding. I don't know if they have a lack of staff or what's going on but two days in a row not good. Your job is to listen what someone wants and type it in to the computer that is in front of you while you are talking to customer. Why is this so hard if I screw up at my job people could get in accidents. This is an ongoing issue not only at tim hortons but fast food...

This has even been done by the manager Kim which is disgusting considering we are all dealing with covid 19 But today however was the last straw for me when I went there at their open time of 5am, the doors were open for service, I walked in to order to be told by the baker that he canāt serve me because the Manager (Kim) hasnāt shown up yet with the cash float. Calling Kim later on asking why she was late she tells me she had to do something before coming into work, itās a joke.. they have no respect for customer quality or food health standards I have decided I wonāt be going back...
