PFK — Restaurant in Sorel-Tracy

Don’t come here if you plan on actually eating. Come in hungry and leave starving. Only restaurant that takes 2+ hours to close. Every time I’ve come here at night they never have anything- seriously, nothing! It will be over an hour before closing and they claim to have “no chicken left” and “won’t make it unless the person wants to wait.” Incompetent staff; the guy that works there at night couldn’t care less about doing his job. Not professional, the place has been renovated and yet AC is not working for nearly 3 weeks. (Don’t know if it’s really not working or just cutting costs and making customers do tale out)They don’t care about customer service. If you don’t mention the day’s promotions they charge you the normal price and if ask them to modify the price before you take the meal, they won’t do it because it’s the customer’s fault for not mentioning. I was passing by Sorel and my family and I stopped to have lunch at KFC Sorel. Amazing atmosphere with good music. The cashier who served me was so polite and knowledgeable- she took the time to explain me the menu as we didn’t know what to order. The girl working in the pack line was too was amazing and quick. Our lunch was well prepared and delicious; would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and buy food at KFC Sorel. Hats off to the...
