Tim Hortons — Restaurant in South Dundas

I've visited the Iroquois, Ontario location at least six times in the past week, hoping to pick up some soup or chili, but they’ve never had any available—regardless of the time of day. When I asked about it, one of the employees even mentioned, "If more people buy it, we would make more."

It’s hard to understand that logic, as it’s difficult for customers to buy what’s never in stock! Especially at this time of year, when people are looking for warm, comforting meals, it’s disappointing to have to drive farther just to find what should be a staple menu item.

Ordered a plain bagel sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and an iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. I pull up to the window, "We're out of plain. Do you want everything or cheese?" I ask for everything. When my order is handed to me, the teenager turned her head, did not look at me, gave me the bag, and actually ran away from the window.

I ordered coffee and was given the wrong one. I asked for it to be changed, and they did fix that. However, when I asked if they could change or at least warm up the other 2 coffees I ordered (which were untouched but got cold while we drove back), they refused. The staff were rude about it as well.
