I've been going to Dairy Queen for many years all over the world. In many ways this was the worst one I have ever gone to. It was fairly busy but this is not unusual on a warm summer day. Unfortunately they were understaffed and most of the staff seemed to be trainees. We ordered a strawberry sundae and a milkshake. It took over 15 minutes after they took the order because each server was running around completely unorganized. When we finally got our order it was something my 5yr old granddaughter could have done. My sundae was some icecream (normal,tasty) with a splash of strawberry. Barely enough to give it a taste. The milkshake tasted fine but the glass was only half full. I took the order outside while my wife paid and when she got outside we realized that they had punched in the order twice so we ended up paying twice the amount we should have. Read moreJust got home and my wife's fries that came with her steakhouse burger literally had 18 fries in the container. Not even halfway filled the container with the amount there were. I took a picture but I cant upload it with my comment. Very upset. Not only were the fries lacking in quantity but the burger was artfully placed on top of the container of fries so as to hide the amount. Service was great the last time we attended. Food was delicious. It's not fast food, but it's your regular fair of desserts, hamburgers and other "fast-food" type meals. I really enjoy their onion rings and I find their prices to be better then your McDonald's and equivalent.
