We stopped there for a quick bite. When we approach the counter the cleck asked us what we want. My wife ask in french what was the soup available. The cleck answer back " I Don't speak French " and did notting else to assist her. So I told him in English what we want. Then the cleck mentioned that they were "out of chicken noodle" but serve my wife the rest of it anyway! Then my turn my chilly soup same thing the cleck said out loud again were "out of the chilli soup" We saw him try to get as much out of the container. Our soup was at the most mid way of being warm. The bread that come with it was cold as coming out of the refrigerator... On top of that our chiken wraps were as cold of soups. On the positive side my coffee "latte" taste good but just being warm just after being done in feont if us.
Inside of the Restaurant, the temperature you gest it…. It was cold like our food. First time there's but it's was our last one. I don't ask to be served in French neither in English. But at least to a minimum of effort. Like I did when I learned it. It's part of the "services" to the clientele. I don't recommend that Tim Horton. I have been to many of them across Canada. They have hight standards… this one has the exact opposite of what would could be expecting from Tim...
Read moreI love my local Lancaster Timmies but I need to share. When Timmies started offering milk alternatives I was so excited. I am lactose intolerant. Now, I go there almost daily to pick up an oat milk latte. They are so good! However, many times Im not given oat milk. So now, I ask "it's oat milk?" when they pass me my latte. Three times in the last week, the server said yes, I go on my way and by the time I try it I'm 10-15 minutes down the road and after my first sip I realize that it's cow milk. Could there be tighter control on this? One sip is all it takes to get, um, uncomfortable. Anyone who is lactose intolerant knows what I mean. Its not fun. I feel like when I ask the server, they are just saying yes without checking...hoping I wouldnt notice? Or care? Maybe a protocol of writing OL (Oat latte) or AL for almond milk and SL for soy on the lid should be more strictly enforced? I end up wasting it, losing money and putting a damper on...
Read moreTim Horton's in Lancaster. Great service for the most part except one girl at the window - she is always in a hurry. She grabs the debit machine from you before you have a chance to take your card out. She shoves your food at you and lets go before you have a chance to grab it - same thing when she hands you you're change. I've had hot coffee spilled on my hand because I've had to grab it as she was letting go and the top popped off. She needs to slow down or be put at the cash inside. Drive-thru window should not be where she serves customers. She is going to end up hurting someone from a scalding cup of tea. No people skills - just a quick "thank you have a good day" that you can barely make out because she...
