Godfathers Pizza - Exeter — Restaurant in South Huron

I would like to lodge an official complaint to GODFATHERS. I would drive 26kms 1 way from Grand Bend to Exeter for our pizzas last year because it was the best tasting pizza. This year I went and ordered my usual order that they pulled up on the computer. Looking forward to good pizza we had waited for. Well we looked at each other and said what this. You have changed something be it sauce or toppings not a good change people. If you do not change back to what it was I won't b back. By the looks of it business has already changed for the worse. Change back cheaper isn't always better....

ordered my usual pizza one night, and the taste was off, my husband agreed. I called that night to let them know i did not think it should be served, they told me to call back and talk with a manager when there was one in. When i called back and spoke with the manager i was told there was really nothing they could do as no one else had made a complaint that night. i wish they would have made note of my complaint and made things right, i believe i should have been reimbursed for that pizza as it...

Come here weekly for my pizza fix and never regret it. Thank you to the staff and owners for my sauce and taking time to get to know their customers.
