Just got home from the tim hortons in long sault, after waiting 30 minutes to get my order taken the two girls working on the night of July 6th were ignoring my friend and i, as we tried to get our order taken via window, we didn’t have a car but every other time we went we were able to place our order and receive our order, the ladies couldn’t even inform us after 30 minutes of waiting that they couldn’t take our order, if they would have at least told me that they could not take my order i would’ve been completely fine with that as for i work in the same industry, we tried calling the store to ask if they could or couldn’t take our order and they were ignoring us right up until close and didn’t even answer the phone or take our order, we even waited till 10:00 when they closed we were there at 9:30 they couldn’t even tell us they couldn’t take our order? like honestly i wasted 30 minutes of my time wanting a coffee and blt, they even rejected taking other cars orders near 9:50 - 9:55 whilst being open ignoring the other cars, i get we do not have a car but we are still a customer and honestly it was a mega waste of time and it’s disappointing how they couldn’t have even told me after waiting there since 9:30 that they couldn’t take my order, poor management...
Read moreWent through the drivethru at this tim hortons around 1 pm sunday, September 10th, 2023, and asked for a large ice coffee and 2 large ice waters in a plastic cup and a small pumpkin spice latte. Then, on the intercom, they asked if we wanted water in the cups. Then at the window we got the ice coffee but they completely forgot about the water and gave us an iced pumpkin spice latte and said that's just the way it comes even though on the sign it's hot with whipped cream. Then we had to ask for the 2 waters and we specified in a plastic cup so they said we would have to pay 25cents for it so we gave a toonie and then they asked if a paper cup was ok and we said no and then another person asked for the money again and we said we already gave it and then the person tried to give the cups to us without the lids so we told them to put lids on it and then after we drove away we realized they didn't give...
Read moreI'd rate perhaps as a 2.5 but the service this morning was anything but friendly, just cold. In no way was I in a rush or anyone around me but the workers need to breath themselves and treat their customers with a little more politeness without giving the impression that they are running us through. After scanning and looking at my total, I was trying to inquire about whether it recognized my activation as there was an additional charge that shouldn't have been. She said it scans as a combo but that wasn't what I was inquiring about. Shuffled me through to the side and I felt pressured, I didn't ask for a receipt. While standing in front of my two drinks at the pick up stand waiting for food the comments they were making, "pick up your drinks, that's why people get confused" Just no front counter manners... Again, no one was rushing them or being rude so no need for them to put this pressure on...
