Subway — Restaurant in St. Albert

I've been a customer for more than a Year and my personal opinion is: I believe they change management a couple of months back, before the place had a better care, I usually go there 1 or 2 times a week after my shift 9pm, then yesterday I tried to go there and now they are closing earlier. People like me sometimes wants a fast sandwich for the good price after work. I think they have to pay more attention on the appearance they have, once It was busy and I saw team members doing some work I guess, but I work in hospitality too and we stand up to give our costumer the place to relax and sit to eat properly or we do our things after rush hours. But thanks for the great service of RANJIT AND CLARA I'm still a customer 👍👍 they know me soooo well now that all they do when they see me, or when I call to pick up, I just say my name and they know already what to put when I give the name of the sandwich 💗 thank you Guys ! You are the best. Unfortunately I won't be a customer anymore with the change...

When i entered the store some shrill white woman was shouting at her employees. (I assume she was the manager as she was wearing a Subway uniform shirt). I was the only customer in the store at the time. The woman saw me come in and continued yelling instructions at two female employees. She paid absolutely no attention to me and delayed her employees in taking my order. The employees were great. One woman made my sandwich quickly and rang me up (seemed very friendly and efficient). Manager lady: tone down your bs and let your emoloyees do their job. Im sure you can yell at them when customers arent waiting...

It's about time I finally put in a review for THE BEST subway in St Albert. Possibly even Edmonton area. I go to this location more than I'd like to admit. Let's just say so much that almost ALL the staff know my order by memory!! It's impressive, veggies, sauce and everything lol! Always so friendly. Store is always kept pristine. You definitely have a great crew working at this location! Appreciate what you guys do! You all deserve a raise too 😜
