Email that was sent and no response: I ordered from the Corunna location on Thursday night for my kids. I ordered two chicken finger meals and two poutines. The food was delivered, however I got a call from my son saying that the one box only had fries in it. I called the store and told them and the lady that got on the phone was very rude saying she was the one who boxed and bagged the food and she said she knows she put the chicken in there. I told her it was not and she argued with me. She then placed me on hold for 5 mins and came back and said she spoke to the manager and said they’d drop the food off but this will be the last time. She then goes to say it is what it is, I said no! It’s not it is what it is, my kids are at home wanting to eat the food that I had ordered. I was out of town so there was no way I could go make them something. This lady’s customer service skills need to be looked at! Very unprofessional! Like what happened to the customer being right? Clearly that doesn’t matter at your restaurant. We order from sissios in Corunna frequently because my kids love the food and always ask for it. I won’t be doing that anymore. Ordered 3 puffios from this location. The ingrerdiants seemed cheep and dumbed down. I used to love the product here but after spending almost 80 dollars was left very disappointed. The puffios were horrible. What a waste of my time and money. Should have went to Antonios i guess. Who ever the owners are now should remember what my grandfather always said if its not broke dont fix it! What an awful experience . You would get a better product frozen in the local supermarket. Dont waste your time...
