Ordered Aug 11, they screwed up order by not putting the extra patty on the burger as ordered, received Skip credits for the screw up, ordered again Aug 28 to use those credits and they screwed the order up again and forgot the extra patty on two of the burgers this time, same mistake...employees obviously cannot read and have no intentions of improving customer service. We did not ask for Skip credits, as we will not return here, or use Skip ever again due to them taking our order on a tour of the city nearly 2 miles from our house for both of these deliveries and finally arriving here, only one block from Harvey's, cold and inedible. To hell with Harvey's and to hell with Skip.

They do have full authorization to address your concerns accordingly and will be happy to help! We sincerely appreciate your continued patience.) To summarize: They have decided to address THIER bad customer service with Skip to deal with, the very people I am having a problem with. Skip has since contacted me, and asked for the order number, and the problem, which I responded to with a copy of the complaint sent to Harvey's and 4 files, consisting of 2 receipts, and 2 credit notices.....outcome still pending from that email...will keep you posted
It's been two weeks now, and still no response from Skip or Harvey's....so a huge thumbs down on Harvey's customer service...just as I expected!!!!
It is now Oct 5, almost 2 months now, and I have only received emails back and forth telling me that someone will contact me, which they never do, last one was on Sept 30, Harvey's said that someone would be in touch with me within 2 business days, then they sent a email to me on Oct 4....(This is a reminder that we are still waiting on your response to the below concern. If you would like to continue to discuss this with us, please respond as soon as possible as your feedback is important to us!) to which I responded that I was still waiting for someone to contact me, according to their last email, 2 days....as far as I see it, that email told me that the ball was in their court, so imagine how confusing it was to get an email that was a reminder that they were waiting on my response.....HARVEY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE....TWO MONTHS OF BS TO WHAT AMOUNTS TO $3.58. From the moment I queued up in the drive-thru line, it became apparent that this was not going to go well. Despite enduring a lengthy wait of at least 15 minutes just to place my order, the troubles were far from over.
After finally placing my order and tendering my payment, I was instructed to wait in the parking area for my order to be brought out to me. Unfortunately, what followed was an agonizingly long wait, only to be informed that they were out of what I had ordered. The young man asked if I wanted a refund and I said "yes please". The subsequent attempt to obtain a refund turned into a comedy of errors, with multiple delays and miscommunications prolonging the ordeal.
To add insult to injury, when he returned he had my original order which was miraculously produced, it arrived cold and lacking in quality. He asked if I still wanted a refund and I asnwered yes as I had been sitting here for over 30 minutes. (He had a time for how long I had been waiting) He left again and returned 9 minutes later, I timed it this time, without my refund. The manager declined the request, but had an offer of a free apple pie. I declined the pie as he didn't even have it with him. I wasn't going to wait any longer.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against dinning at the Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s combo restaurant in St. Thomas. The abysmal service and subpar food quality will undoubtedly lead to disappointment. Save yourself the hassle and seek dining options elsewhere. As for me, I have no intention...
Read moreI should have read the reviews :( Our service was "Awful" ( eye rolling and crusty teens at the service window) as our food is handed to me, I ask the young lady if that was everything... with an eye roll she tells me yes and proceeds to walk away... I ask "you're sure?" She rolls her eyes and says yes and the window closes. I pull over... sure enough we are missing a fry. So I go in... and I am a little cranky... the young gentleman approaches. I say I am missing the fry and ask if he could please ensure that the hot sauce that is spilled all over the bottom of the bag isn't on the burgers. He takes the bag and proceeds to the counter where he asks a young blond haired lady if she waited on me... and she says no and he proceeds to tell her how I'm "freaking out"... yes I was upset.... yes we live 25 minutes outside of town and yes I asked the young lady at the window 3 times to be sure my order was there. Fast forward... we've got freezing cold food, the fries aren't even the equivalent of a small fry... the chicken nuggets weren't even filled with meat and the 1/4 with cheese looked very small. I usually love Harvey's. It's one of my favorite restaurants but I do not and cannot recommend this location 😞 Which is very sad. And I didn't get a receipt so I can't do anything about it... but I will be submitting this information higher up. I dont feel as if St. Thomas is a good representation of what...
