Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in St. Thomas

Absolutely unacceptable been here twice at Stthomas On. First time didn’t have salad or order they offered noting not even refund of salad cost. No one know S what they’re doing here no manager absolutely terrible service. Second visit due to being new in town I thought give it second chance. Well that was a waste of time. Ordered on apple Opulent let me order certain things Said it would be 15 min waited the 15 and went in and they told me they had no chicken ready and asked me to wait again. Unexceptionable. I do not recommend this place of business I believe in two strike rule Mary Browns two strikes your out back to KFC Update as of Dec 20 2022 was sent a gift card do rv our issues. So I will give them another attempt and update. When I have completed. Well been back just after Xmas. Well I was very disappointed like last time. Ordered 13 piece 6 were drumsticks 4 were wings 2 small backs no breast or backs absolutely terrible for he cost. Won tv e back Mary Browns. Edited: switched the review from 2 stars to 1 on account that MB replied to my review asking my to email to rectify the issue. I did and they ignored it for 2 months and still have not replied which makes them lose all stars in my opinion. If your word isn’t worth anything, well, are you worth anything?

I’ve ordered from this establishment a few times now. I was very happy with my first order and then each time since, the portion size seems to have got smaller each time. Prices have increased on the poutine and didn’t include a pop anymore, ordered anyways and the poutine was even smaller as the container was not filled and just way too much gravy added that made it disgusting and had to be thrown out. Online ordering gives a bunch of error messages and the store can’t even accommodate to correcting sizing. On top of that, chicken pop-ins containers aren’t even filled (which is crazy based on these prices). Ordered a few things with each order and now I am feeling severely ripped off after today’s purchase and...

Next time they serve you chicken you should check to see how greasy it is. It's probably some of the worst quality chicken I've ever seen. I took a bite and it was a mushy, veiny, greasy disgusting mess.They also sneakily-charged me 10.99 for the 6.99 deal (thanks) & their mash up bowl was presented as 2 scoops of mashed potatoes in a bowl. It was the worst quality food I've seen from anywhere as of lately, it was genuinely stunning. I really don't recommend eating here unless you absolutely hate your body. Oh yeah, and I find it kind of weird that you allow sacks of potatos in your lobby to be used as a bag-shelf for Uber eats people when they walk in. Store your dumb fkin potato pile in the back of the store, im pretty sure customers are sick of looking at it/tripping over wood pallets in the middle of the floor.
