Went specifically to write this review, since I heard a lot of terrible things about this location.
FYI, the workers are not wearing masks.
I arrived at 12:20, the lineup was 5 people, and they had two people working. Took 20 minutes for me to complete my order and be on my way.
The delay was mainly that one worked is fully dedicated to online orders, so they effectively have only one working the counter. The staff member working the counter was the supervisor/manager, and she was friendly and diligent, but she had to take each order from start to finish before serving the next.
They weren't terribly unclean or unfriendly, but I think when people are going to Subway, they want a good sandwich fast, not a great sandwich with a wait. Since they are making people wait, they missed a core goal and that makes people angry and annoyed. Upset people will find fault in everything, and I think that's the origin of everyone's issues: that they were frustrated, and looking around for problems to find.
If you go in, and have time to burn, you probably wouldn't even notice they were anything but a usual Subway.
(Edit) For fairness I returned on a different day and time. On arrival it was 1:05, 4 people ahead of me, and only one worker. At quarter after the supervisor returned and worked the counter too, which really does things up. The total wait time was 16 minutes. Supervisor Margaret is friendly and...
Read moreI just went in there and ordered a 6 inch brisket on cheese. I told the girl to make it exactly like the sign said to make it. First the other employee had to tell her she didn't have enough meat on it. Then she asked me what I wanted on it. I said again exactly as the sign states. Just read the list of what's supposed to be on it. The list of each sub is on the glass facing them. It should have been the easiest sub ever as its listed right there. She didn't understand that. So I said onions and green peppers. She looked at me blank in the face so I pointed at the onions and green peppers. She put peppers and tomatoes on it. I didnt say anything as i was very annoyed by this point. Then rings me up. It was 11.06. The till says the change right on it. 8.95. She stared at the drawer of money for longer then she should have and handed me $8. I understand there is a language barrier. But if you can't figure out change, can't read English of what is to go on a sub and don't know the difference between onions and tomatoes you shouldn't be working there. If I did that at my work I wouldn't have a job. I...
Read moreWorst subway experience and after reading the other reviews, I see I’m not alone. The older lady (with supervisor on her name tag…) who helped make my subs was very rude. The process was very slow and a line started to form so her other employee who was stocking the fridge came over to help. When she asked him what he was doing, he responded said he was going to hop on the meat section of the cold table and she responded with, ‘I don’t care what you do’ and flailed her arms. It was very rude and uncomfortable for everyone there. He then proceeded to make the order for the person behind me and then cash him out before my 2 subs were pulled out of the toaster and topped. When I got to toppings, the one sub only had light lettuce. When I got to the second sub, I asked for extra pickles and she said no due to rise in food cost. I offered to pay for extra pickle, although I have never been turned down at other locations and she said no. She told me that there was no button for it in the system. And again, my one sub only had lettuce on it for toppings… won’t be returning to...
