I am beyond disgusted! I specifically asked if there was a child-size milkshake. I was told yes. I got to the till, 60 dollars later for two kids' meals and an adult meal. I again said I asked if there were kid-sized shakes, clearly making sure I was well heard. Then i was told there is not, as the man handed me my try of drinks that were not secure. The two shakes spill all over myself and the interior of the car. Now, instead of offering to hand me napkins, I had to ask for them. There are two full-sized shakes on myself and the car seat. I then asked to speak to a manager, only to find out that the rude man I was speaking to was the manager. I then try to call the head office as I am already very angry!! Only to find out there is no head office the number is disconnected. When I called to ask for another number to the number listed online as a head office, its another restaurant in Winnipeg and the District Manager is on vacation and no one is their replacement No, I won't be supporting this restaurant serves me right, for attempting to try to resolve this with someone who has zero skills to listen to the customer or understands the customer...
Read moreThe wait times for food is pretty bad. When you wait for 10-20 minutes, that's not fast food--that's slow food. The burger patty has that burned taste to it that is not present at the Winnipeg locations. The jury is out on whether that's a good thing or not, definitely not good if the burgers are dry.
I believe I got food poisoning from this location a few days after it first opened (Chicken Sandwich with a very odd flavour), but I came back since to give them a second chance and it has been somewhat okay since.
There is also a random problem with the intercom system, I waited 5 minutes at one intercom, fortunately no one was behind me so I went to the other and that one worked right away. This has happened twice now. What kind of people do they have in there not looking at the cameras for BOTH drive-thru intercoms? Room for improvement across the board. 2/5

Read moreStopped at the drive thru around 4:30pm on a Monday. Waited at least 5 minutes at the speaker before we were able to order, then waited at least 15 minutes in a line up of 4 cars. The place wasn't busy at all, we weren't given a reason for the wait, or even a cheap apology. To top it off, the person who handed us our order barely acknowledged our existence as human beings and gave us a look like she was annoyed that we were even there in the first place. We were nothing but polite, but I really wanted to voice my thoughts as a paying customer. So I chose this platform to do so. Needless to say, my wife and I each had a burger, and they were great! Service gets an F, and the burger gets a fast food A.
