If you want fresh and quality food that you usually get from other Tim Horton’s don’t go there after 2 pm there is no one to supervise the new training employees. Even tho asked for my food to be made fresh this is what I get. Then I called and they told me they will replace my meal. Second time visiting even worse then before. This place thinks customers have no idea what’s happening behind closed doors. They lack experienced employees and they have a shortage in well experienced managers. Will never return to this location ever. The 🔑 is to give customers the quality food they expect and they will be spending there money more often keeping you in business. But if you take customer money and give them low quality made food made by the employees that don’t care about others then getting there $10 hour that is only reason they show up. Keep hiring these employees and matter of time the owner will cut employees due to business not profiting. Would you want that scenario or the second one. Hire the right individuals, put in more time to train them well. Once the trainee feels comfortable that the new employee has learned everything well. Put those new employees once trained on a shift that has a strict manager that only cares for customers being satisfied. Leave those employees with that manager with a full month or at least 160 hour worked with that particular manager shift. I guarantee you, these store will never have a bad apple working for them. Since new employees will go threw 2 screening processes to qualify for a permanent shift. First being the manager that trains and have given a green light then the strict manger that give new employees 160 hours worked time to satisfy that they are in fact a good fit...
Read moreI walked in and to my surprise I was the first in line but still had to stand there waiting a good 5 minutes to even be acknowledged let alone place my order.
First chocolate milk had spilled dried milk all over it so I asked him for a new one. That staff member very clearly looked at all the remaining milks on the shelf and it was obvious to me he noticed a problem with all of them but still he decided to hand me one so I checked what he was looking at earlier. Wow surprised to see it was 3 day expired. When I asked for another one "again" he didn't bother going back to those ones confirming he actually knew they were all expired and went to the cooler in the back to get me another one.
They didn't have any large ones in stocl to replace the one I ordered so he was thoughtful enough to offer me three small cartons in its place.
That was nice of him but still..... so I gave the second start for that but was really blown away with this location.
Before i left I heard a gentleman who was waiting for his order to come up ask a different staff member why he had to wear gloves to make a sandwich but the guy bringing new trays of donuts fresh from the back didn't have to where gloves to do so? The sick part was it made me look over to see that the fingers of the guy bringing up the trays were actually touching the donuts in the tray....
I wish I could say I was exaggerating or making this up but..... Nope. Will probably not be back there for quite some time if...

Called manager, nice lady kelly. Polite and helpfuk, explained it all, offered free wrap, 4 days later came back for the free wrap, had a gut feeling after the first bite. Looked and saw 3 hairs sticking out. In the garbage. Not managers fault, maybe lady glasses recognized my voice. Many years ago i dated a girl who worked at tims in town and she told me stories where employees recognise peoples voices and orders and got revenge is gross ways with coffees and food. And that biger lady with glasses i dont trust. Never never never. Im done. Not worth my health. The owner named andrew the ex hutterite is terrible at paying is managers and higher ups and thats why both tim hortons...
