Subway — Restaurant in Steinbach

Ordered using the app which was slow and inconvenient. But my issue was the quality of what I'm paying for. All 3 of the subs I ordered did not have sauce as ordered.and included veggies I didn't order. The sandwich artist can't be blamed other than the shape of the sandwich because I notice what I wanted on one sub got printed out to be put on another one. On mine it had veggies I didn't want. Complete garbage. This is supposed to be a treat. It's bland, put together poorly. I came in around 8:20pm. Prices going up have slowed business I'm sure. So where ever you can you have to make up in service, and quality. This is garbage. Ill never be back at this location let alone waste money on subway. Suppirt...

I usually order from this location after my night shifts (around 1:30 AM) and the guy working the store is amazing, super friendly and makes my orders perfectly. I ordered today with the app during the day and they didn't give me the chips or drink I chose. They just put 2 random items in a bag and told me that i can't change them because of COVID. The subs were also sloppily made and they really skimped out on ingredients (Foot long Chicken Bacon Ranch that had 4 little pieces of chicken, 1 strip of bacon and basically no ranch) so it felt like i was just eating bread. I asked for a foot long. They asked what kind of bread. I looked and saw they now had a wrap as a bread option. I love wraps, decided to try it. Finished my order and when to eat. I got a 6 inch wrap instead of the foot long I ordered and halfway through eating it I found a piece of plastic in my food. It seemed to be the corner piece cut off from the corner of a sauce packet. Not good service. I've been to 15 different subways on school trips, and I've gotten better service from 1 guy that wasnt the best at english serving 25 hungry teenage basketball players all on his own, making sandwiches and manning the cash register alone.
