Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stephenville

Just experienced the worst customer service in this community… I waited an hour for my order and they omitted to tell me there was none of one of the items available. I figured it out as I got home and tried calling 3 times with no answer. I had to drive down to have an employee argue with me before the other (who was in the back on her phone not working) came to tell me there was none of that item available when it should have been communicated from the start. When I mentioned I tried call the employees say “they’re really busy”…. One guy was working super hard while the other girl was chillin in the back on her phone. I hope the owners see this because they’re going to lose lots of customers if this is the type of customer service they’re providing.::...

The only good thing about this location was the hot food! Called for over 20 minutes to see if I could order ahead and the phone was busy the ENTIRE time!! I even tried to place an online order and it was "unavailable", just off the Ferry and was stopping to eat for the night, had to go in and get attitude from some girls not wanting to do their job! Had the register open and counting before they were even listed as closed! Reading the other reviews I can tell you nothing has changed here! STAY AWAY unless you have all the time in the world to physically go in and place your order!!...

Never have any classic peps on hand always have to wait for one to be made, only little ceasars ive been to that runs like this very frustrating not to mention the fact they never answer their phone and i can hear the employees constantly complaining in the back, and when they come to actually serve you after waiting 10 minutes they act very rude, ive also placed an online order and they never even had the portal set up, disappointing to say the least little ceasars is a great restaurant its very unfortunate this one is being...
