incompetent is the only word i can use to describe the staff at this McDonalds. They don't care any about the people they serve or what they serve for that matter. Three times I ordered the same McWrap and three times on three SEPARATE occasions they FAILED to give me the right wrap. All three times it was dead and there is no reason to why I failed to get the order I paid for.

On the first wrap I called and was put on the list to receive a new wrap, I explained that it was late and I would therefor be unable to return the wrong order. The manager at the time was polite and this was the only good outcome.

The wrap I received however was sloppily made and put together poorly.

On the second occasion I was given the wrong order, again. However I was exhausted and just ate what I was given with discontent.

Tonight however, was the most disrespectful affair I have had thus forth. Given the wrong order AGAIN Outraged by the time I got back home I called up, after taking two bites of what should have been an chili wrap and receiving a mouth full of veg and ranch I had had it, 9 attempts to get through and rudely greeted by a young woman with a thick accent I was outraged and gave her my story.

And her response: 'bring it back' I am NOT digging through the trash to retrieve a mangled poorly mad veg wrap when the last time i called I was given one with NO questions asked.

Maybe if they trained staff properly or had DECENT managers everything would be ok.

However I will NEVER eat at this McDonalds again and I would strongly recommend none of my friends...

When it comes to customer service this place is absolutely horrendous .There have been 4 accounted for times this past year that members of my family have been lied to about this location running out of certain items on the menu it seems because of pure laziness of the employees not wanting to make it .For example Mc griddles different members of my family have gone down at 9am and they were not served because they said they had none.I would call down when they got home and I would be told that they had lots left by the manager and that the staff was lying for whatever reason ....laziness,etc.I could understand if we were customers that were rude or even hard to get along with but that's not the case.Even after 4 phone calls to complain my family has never even received any type of compensation such as little as a free coffee.Also this morning when my boyfriend called in advance to confirm if they had a certain item left on the menu.My boyfriend got this on the phone as a response from the young man who awnsered the phone : Hmmmmmm.....ummmmmm.....yeah we have no left.....oh wait we might have only 4 .I called back at a different phone number to ask myself because for some reason I always get a different awnser and I had my call hung up on as I was saying...

Boy oh boy. Stephenville McDonald's has a well earned reputation for being terrible. Shady practices like charging extra for the dipping sauce that are supposed to come with your McNuggets (to be fair that was years ago), but I have never had a good experience here.

Went in today, used the self-serve kiosk. Out of paper so no receipt. Okay, whatever. My order came out wrong, cold, and poorly assembled. McDoubles with no bun, ketchup, onion, or mustard. Basically just beef patties and cheese, well plus the bacon and cheese I added.

So I took it back, I hate sending food back at a restaurant. The manager just took it without asking what I ordered. The second batch arrived somewhat more fresh...but with mustard. So I take it back.

The manager just copped attitude and pointed out that the second batch's order didn't say no mustard, well of course, you didn't bother to look at the original order. Then she refused to give me a refund.

Do yourself a favor and drive to Corner Brook for McDonald's or just get A&W or...
