Ordered today (27th Aug) uber eats with two burgers with fries ,non veg thali with rice , dal , chicken curry, curd, chana bhtura plate In the thali I wasn't even able to break the naan, same with chana bhatura But leave that

I also requested utensils , they didn't even add napkins. When I called about it and asked How I am supposed to eat now? She was like we don't add anything like that not even napkins but as you requested we forgot to notice that we can't do anything....thats it

Anyways just the burger was okay(5 out of 10) that too they didn't add ketchup which is again preety common sense when fries are included.

All the food was stale whatever I was able to try

What funny was initially she was talking in my mother language easily but the moment I mentioned that I'm not happy about the order , she switched to English with accent thinking that I will not be able to argue. 😂😂😂. Last time ordered

Good luck with your business and WORK ON YOUR...

We did the order and they made it so wrong. People usually order out on special occasions, they seriously ruined it. The order was way too spicy we asked for medium hot. We ordered tandoori roti, specifically asked if it was cut into half or not. She told us they are like normal roti in whole not halves. Rotis were cut in half and hard, unlike what tandoori rotis should look like causing food wastage and money as well. Both of the dishes were extra spicy. We did for takeout. They were out of stock for cutlery. She asked what cutlery we needed and said were out of it after we paid for the order. Isn’t it obvious to tell the person that you are out of cutlery. We were at work and seriously, 4 can’t dine in out without cutlery. When we went back to the restaurant, she(person on the front desk) was rude and said it was our fault. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Regret...

We have dined here a few times and they are always consistent. The food is always good, hot, very flavourful and decently priced! You can usually determine the cleanliness of a restaurant based on the state of the bathrooms and Diamond passed the test for sure. I only have 2 issues! 1) The decor is drab, boring and lacking in imagination but I suppose their reasoning is that most customers opt for take away, not dine in. We seem to be the only ones dining in, hence the lack of effort to spruce it up? Maybe? Secondly , the customer service is “so, so”! They aren’t rude or annoying. They simply do the minimum requirement. Basically just bring out the food and off they go. They never come back! Ever! Lol. If you need anything you have to get up and look for help. If you don’t mind basic customer service but enjoy great Indian cuisine, I highly...

This place is conveniently close to us which makes it very easy to have our cravings of Indian food satisfied. We used to order just the samosas as a snack and were certainly convinced when one guy came in and had ordered 75! Tonight we decided to order butter chicken, pulao, baingan bhartha, samosas, and naan. They threw in a little salad as well. The total for us came to $40 and we had enough for our lunch which is a steal in my opinion! I feel that these are fair portions and prices and we were pleased with our meal. There is also a smaller booth section for dining in but I feel like many of their customers do a lot of takeout but the option is there for you to choose. They do have an assortment of sweets and treats as pictured, and we haven’t tried those yet so if you have any recommendations please let me know.

I live very close to this restaurant. So for indian snacks or food, this was my first choice. Not anymore. I have been ordering from them since I moved to this neighborhood in 2019. I have seen their samosas when it was .75 cents. Tasty and good in size!! Well, I understand at some point they have to increase the price of the products. But the quality of the food has gone so bad along with the price increase. Not good!! I have attached some pictures of the samosas I ordered yesterday. You can see the quality of the dough they have used. We get so much better samosa in market with less price, so why bother to go back in there!!

I made the mistake of not checking out the last 4 out of 5, 1* reviews. Very much like what others have said - the place is busy, the quality of food verges terrible and the servers are uncaring and unapologetic. I ordered samosas and fish pakora. Both were horribly refried to the point of burnt. Given how busy the lines get at peak times I wonder if they’re really recycling unsold samosas or have hired inept cooks. Avoid this place - there are plenty of options within easy driving distance.
