Worst experience ever, today I visited this store around 9.48 pm then i asked for a veggie sandwich, at that time i was gett Late for bus i asked her can you please do it quickly, while do billing she said 2-3 repeadily how i wanna pay she was in totally rush, then while do billing she said 10.70 then i asked for a bag then she said totall was 10.90 then i asked her there was charges of bag she said yes while looking at her it seems like she was not interested to do work she was more curious to close, then i said leave it . When i paid the bill of 10.70 then i again asked for a bag very nicely then she said she she already done the billing that she can’t. I donot know why she is in rush and behaves rudely . but the other girl is working very presentablely and her behaviour with other customer is really nice. I step out at the store around 9.59 pm . Then i wait outside the bus stop till 10.15 pm , the two of them are still inside, the girl named jyoti closed at 10.16 pm exact i was checking time continuously , the point is if she donot have a single min to do transcation again then what she was doing at work, she should stop working if she donot have even a single min to give a bag again to a customer. I always visit this store, seriously i was waitoutside till 10.16 pm till she leaves the store , from now on i never visited this store , again definitely i will tell my friendly i will share in my group that store employee don’t want to work. Specially to them , from now on never visit this store . This is the worst experience that i had mostly I visited this...

Consistently, this store always disappoints, whenever there is a coupon deal, they will make expensive items out of stock, I will always get plain bread when bogo promotion runs.
I will always get no spinach, as they run out of it.
There is some logistics issue with the location, or someone is trying to make more profit margin here.
This is not the first time for me I had consistent bad experience , customers will not spend 15 mins of their precious time to write a review for a location which is always a pathetic example of customer service but this is way too much and I cannot stop myself from expressing my thoughts :)
The staff will never apologize if something is out of stock, they do not feel bad for a poor customer experience. This is a concrete example of pathetic management and ill-mannered staff.

Read moreWe went there just before they closed which we didn't realize until we got there (the one we normally go to is 24hrs) and not only did they scratch their heads before handling my food, she also scooped tuna with her gloves. I know they probably already washed the scoop but omg I was horrified. At least she changed her gloves but that is absolutely disgusting! I don't care how close it was to close, food satey standards are still supposed to be upheld. Just because you want to go home doesn't mean you can do stuff like that, it takes 2 mins to wash a scoop. We still left before they closed too so it's not even like we were keeping them. I'm probably never going here again, I'll stick to my usual one even if this one...
