24 he establishment which leaves much to be desired for middle of the night preparation and service. You usually cannot order a simple cheese and egg bagel, which, as a vegetarian working late can be disappointing. I have on a few occasions waiting exceptionally long for a mere couple of double double coffees to be brewed and poured while the customer service rep tends to other duties during. The customer service in itself is friendly enough though disorganized in my personal opinion. I suspect that they are most likely encouraged by management to lean toward less preparation during such hrs rather than risk leftover,potentially wasted product. It makes sense but the same mediocrity in their product quality shows equally in the service. This location is slow and unprofessional and that's not even including their blatant disregard for Covid mandates.

In the 10 minutes I've been here there have been 5 customers walking around with no mask and not only have the staff not asked for them to put a mask on, they don't ask the non-mask wearing customers to keep their distance. This has been going on since the beginning. In the 2 years we've been dealing with Covid I have seen one employee say something and every other time they don't even acknowledge it. I'm not asking the staff to get in fights with customers but they're not even asking if they're medically exempt. I paid for a drink cozy with my mobile order and when I came to pick it up the worker said they didn’t have any and she refused to give me back my money. I’m still angry as I now have to fight for it. I asked for a manager and she clearly lied and said there wasn’t one there and said she was one. She became aggressive with me and didn’t care at all how she was treating me. Since when do we pay for something and not get the item??? I want my money back and I will keep making complaints. Steer clear of this place.. it’s filthy too and most of the staff are rude. I’m fact, two workers were laughing at me when I was telling the worker to return my money.
