The 5 stars for a fast-food outlet. I know what to expect and what not to expect from such establishments. I take what they offer without demanding anything special, like "Can you give me the hamburger meat rare?", "I don't like the factory cut of the lettuce. Can you take a head of lettuce and tear by hand, not to small, not too big?", "Can you mix Coke and Sprite to the proportion of 4 to 6?" ... The service feels somewhat slow. But then there are not customers numerous enough to cook in advance. I like their meat and cheese. Tasty. Root beer is outstanding, if particular outlets give it to you in a chilled glass. This outlet does not. In fact, each outlet seems to have its own way of serving. This one is attached to a gas station, a drive-through and an inside restaurant. I have never seen more than half the tables occupied. Once root beer could not be got, a machine malfunction or something. Bizarre. It's like a chicken place running out of chicken pieces. Nothing fancy or yuppy-like here. This place, unlike some A&Ws, does not attract old people, nor, unlike Macdonald's, screaming young kids or youths spending hours on digital comfort playthings. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding a poor experience I had at your drive-thru on June 30 at approximately 4:55 PM.
I had politely placed an order for two veggie burgers and two small cold drinks, clearly repeating the size twice during the order. However, when I reached the window, I was given two large drinks instead. When I respectfully mentioned the error, the female staff member at the window responded in a rude and dismissive manner. She bluntly said, “I didn’t hear that,” and then told me to park and wait outside, which defeated the whole purpose of ordering through the drive-thru for my comfort.
This interaction was not only frustrating but also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. It’s disappointing to be treated in such a manner when I was simply trying to correct an error in a calm way. I hope that A&W takes customer service seriously and addresses such behavior appropriately.

The customer service lady (indian thin lady with a nose ring) is a repulsive person who laughs at customers when their back is turned. And talks to customers with condescension and sarcasm.
I took the time to drive out of my way to get food from your franchise.
The drive thru was blocked with crates.
Instead of addressing and acknowledging greviences, I was treated badly and spoken to in a condescending mannar.
The hours of drive thru operation differ from that mentioned on Google and I went out of my way to get food from this A&W franchise.
When I requested for the correct hours to be reported to Google.. I got a condescending "sure" with a sarcastic head nod.
