The people who work at this location are fantastic. I've never had anything less than stellar service. They're always laughing with each other as they take your order but not in a manner that interupts service as they're on the counter before I'm even ready to go. I've never received a drink that wasn't exactly what I was expecting, and every once in a while I get surprised with beautiful latte art. I'll never forget the peacock I was given last summer. I'm talking summer 2017. It's that ingrained in my memory. The barista was so proud as he slid it over aha.

However it is not a relaxing atmosphere like most coffee shops. This location always seems a little.. scrubby. Food display is always almost empty with plastic wrap and crumbs, the seating is not the coziest, the lighting is harsh. I also wish they were open for my early, early commute so they would be more of use to me, and open later for when I'm craving a late night cappuccino.. but considering the neighbourhood I can imagine why they are not and I do not begrudge them for it...

Update: 3rd time this happened after requesting non dairy milk I still received a drink that made me feel sick so maybe the order is not communicated to the usually new employee here so pick up a drink here before triple checking to confirm the ingredients used! Also the pumpkin loaf had The most gross kind of icing on it I've ever tried.

The iced lavender latte with alternative milk is good but they charge an extra $ for the kind of milk that is reasonably priced in grocery which unfortunately made the drink way too overpriced so hopefully something can improve here in the future. Mm mango cheesecake is...
