Derado's Pizzeria And Donair — Restaurant in Tatamagouche

I can’t even begin to describe how good the food is here. We’ve tried everything from his pizza, to his salads, to his Donaire’s, to his Shawarma, to his wings, to his french fries, to his absolutely amazing cannolis with his home made. Every single thing we’ve had has been a hit out of the park. This is a go to place for our weekly date nights, we love the patio and the live music he has every Saturday, Habib is so personable and makes you feel right at home.

We love the fact that his patio is dog friendly, and it makes date nights even better when we can have our pup with us.

We typically get the North Shore special (absolutely amazing pizza) or a large Shawarma, both times with a plate of eight wings and fries, with a beer and wine to drink. His pizza goes perfectly with his homemade garlic sauce that we used to dip the pizza crust into.

We never feel gross or heavy after leaving his restaurant, we’re always so happy and usually finish it off with an ice cream from a spot down the road. It’s a highlight of our week and getting to see Habib every week is always a...

I really would love to give this a higher rating and it does deserve it really. The place is great and the atmosphere is great. Our bartender was awesome. The server who i think was called james had got our order wrong. I politely told him sorry because he thought we had ordered the greek salad but we ordered the greek pizza. He said my wife said the salad and then tried to charge us the extra to change to the pizza. But then the chef jumped in and said we dont need to pay and made us what we ordered. Dont let this put you off this place as it was a great experience otherwise 👌 just wish the mistake was handled...

I visited this location 3 times over the summer while at our cottage. The pizzas are excellent. I would of given them 4 stars however my son and daughter went in on Sunday evening Aug 21st and long story short a mid thirties server was very inattentive to my kids. The order took 45 minutes. They asked why other patrons who arrived later on were getting their meals before them. The response was" its coming". Just because your younger doesn't justify terrible service. 😒 I hope the owner reads this review. I will go back one more time and hopefully this was just a bad day for...
