I suppose it is every establishments prerogative to offer whatever theynwant, whenever they choose, but yesterday's attempt to purchase a bagel at 11:15 AM left me scratching my head and ultimately led me to cross the road to their closest competitor. Despite advertising "all day breakfast", and muffins and donuts, I ended up walking out the door after being told they don't serve bagels after 11:00. Head scratcher for sure. Nevertheless, I drove across the street to @TimHortons to get one. We're in a sad state of affairs when you have to ask the food prep team to actually spread the cream cheese on the bagel!

Read moreSuch a beautiful location but employees seem like they don't want to be there. I was the only one in line and stood there for 15 minutes to place a order. Finally I got the people's attention in the kitchen and asked could I place a order please. They looked at me like I was from another planet. So I waited for another 10 min. Finally I said should I go back to my veichale and go threw the drive thru? Eventually a manager came and said I'm sorry I will send someone to take your order. For fast food this this sure takes awhile. Took me 30 minutes just to place a order. The sad thing about this whole experience was the person that served me was hanging out with a friend that was visiting him at work. He wasn't on break or anything just didn't feel that it important to serve customers. At this point it would be faster If you make it full self service and I can make my own food.
